Key Responsibilities:- AFO is responsible for implementation and supervision of administration and financial systems of GNI Nepal funded project. S/he reports to the project coordinator and assists in admin and finance related functions, conduct meetings, prepare meeting minutes as per need and delivery of the information to the GNI District Office with feedback. Coordinate administrative activities and maintain a monthly and yearly timetable. Maintain daily financial transaction under approver. Should prepare the cash journal and finance reports, monitoring the transaction of the requisition and cash flow.
Three years of minimum experience in financial management, proven experience in logistic and administrative management, ability to handle multiple financial transactions, Knowledge to operate FAMAS program is highly preferred. Proficient in using computer program, MS-Word, Spreadsheets, power point, e-mail and internet.
