Admin & Finance Associate Mid Level

Job Description

• Responsible for accounting tasks such as preparing checks, calculating billing statements, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records

• Maintains general ledger and associated excel spreadsheets; work closely with partner organization to compile, review, reconcile and summarize expenditure reports; reconcile general ledger on a monthly basis; reconcile bank accounts

• Handles administrative tasks, inter office correspondence, confidential mails, quotation, monthly billing, etc.

•  

  Maintains an advanced filing system and have the ability to organize and adhere to systematic reporting protocols

• Responsible for tracking and administering staff time sheets, payroll, benefits, other personnel related administration

• Assist Niti in project close out period; work with internal/external auditors as needed

Job Specification

• Sound knowledge of accounting software Quick-book
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of financial protocols associated with disbursements and payables, invoicing and procurement, cash receipts, activities related to banking, deposit accounts, Value Added Taxes (VAT) , etc
• Strong set of personal and professional values that compliment organizational core values
