• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Making daily entries in Tally software
• organize financial account information
• costing of individual products
• Take care of bank loan
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
• Cash flow management
• Billing and make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
• Ensure company financial accounts, such as rent, interest etc, are paid on time
• Perform timely internal audits on financial activities as necessary
• Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
• Generate financial reports timely for review regulatory authorities

Job Specification

He/She will be responsible for overall accounting and financing function of the company. As the products are imported, he/she should also have the knowledge of custom duty, import duty, tax, VAT etc.

He/She might to travel banks and other sister concerns so must have own vehicle (bike/scooter) with valid driving license
