Tata Motors Pokhara is seeking a suitable candidate for the following post:
Position: Accountant
Experience: Minimum 3 years in account field. Good Knowledge of computer.
Qualification: Bachelor in Commerce
Remuneration: As per the contract
Major Responsibility:
Recording of vehicle sales, Request & process lien payoffs
Ensure the timely collection of the deals
To provide fund projection before 3rd of next Nepalese month.
To ensure the maintenance of proper Books of Accounts as required by Accounting Principles/Accounting Standards.
Maintains financial records of accounts
Using accounting software to create spreadsheets and reports
Reconciliation of Banks statements, vendor, customers, and expenses ledger
Perform bookkeeping, general ledger functions
Prepare financial reports and statements
Assist sales/service team in collecting payments from customers
Purchase and sales invoicing through software
Submission of vat and tax and its reconciliation
Planning for vendor payments and issuing of cheques according to plan
