Job Description

  • Prepare the purchase orders and sales orders
  • Daily Book keeping, prepare balance sheet, statements etc.
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Provide financial information to management. Analyze financial information and recommend proper action
  • Coordinate and handle with the auditor for yearly tax reporting
  • Handle all transactions related to accounts
  • Should monitor and support taxation Issues
  • Should  develop and maintain financial data bases.
  • Prepare Journal Vouchers /Trail Balance  /Income  Statements and Balance  sheets independently
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Specification

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5-7 years of experience in related field is preferred
  • Must have excellent understanding of accounting principles
  • Should posses advanced Excel skills.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Must have strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must have good knowledge of VAT, Tax and Accounting softwares like Tally , Swastik, etc.
  • Should be self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent supervision and delegation abilities
  • Strong headed, tactfulness and excellent situation handling abilities.
  • Goal setting abilities.
