Job Description

Account Officer- 1 :Kathmandu based

Account Officer will be responsible for overall financial and administrative work of the organization. The position holder will be closely working with the Director. This position is also responsible for providing logistic support in working districts. The position supports in audit, renewable of organization and any other similar monitoring tasks in the districts.

Reports to: Director

Key areas of Accountability:

• Establish and maintain the filing system.
• Submit purchase request, collect quotation and proceed for approval.
• Prepare vouchers and check payment and Assist the Auditor and prepare document for Audit.
• Ensure compliance of local laws, donor requirements and internal control mechanism
• Willing to travel to program area.
• Other duties assigned by Director.

Qualification and experience

• Bachelor level with at least 2 years work experience on related field or Master level with at least 1 year work experience on related field.
