We are exclusive partner of German multinational organization, DB Schenker for Nepal and have been providing high class, customer-friendly services in the field of global freight forwarding, custom clearance and shipping from/to Nepal to anywhere in the world working in close liaison with various transport service providers like shipping, air cargo, road cargo, trade bodies, export promotion councils and other nodal agencies.

Key Position Information
Position Title: Senior Executive - Sales
Position Reports To: Head, Corporate Sales
Position Location: HQ, Lalitpur
Position Purpose/Job Summary:

The main purpose of this position is to lead for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction and
maintaining a long term relation with existing customers.

Decision Making Authority: Under guidance of line manager

Networking, Coordination & Relationship

Internal: Customer Service, Operations, Finance, Pricing, HR/Admin    
External: Existing & Potential Clients/Service providers, line agencies, hydropower

Responsibilities
Business Project Management

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Builds & maintains long-term relationships with clients
  • Negotiates and close deals; handle complaints or objections
  • Follow up with past customers and cross selling products.
  • Attends meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
  • Builds sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.

Client Management

  • Prepares client project proposals and other new business proposals
  • Undertakes client work as required to meet the needs of the business
  • Prepares and manages client contracts/agreements & negotiates contracts and packages
  • Updating the CRM and inputting information on customers.
  • Supports Heads of Department in coordinating pipeline and work-flow
  • Proactively managing all client project management systems and evaluation

Operations Management

  • Coordinates with CS, Operations & Pricing department to administrate and manage the projects
  • Prepares and deliver presentations on products/services
  • Prepares and report on goals, sales, and prospects

Person Specification
Education    

  • Minimum Bachelor Level passed is required from recognized university.    Essential
  • Master’s Degree in any discipline   Preferable

Essential Knowledge

  • Good understand about market and customer requirements and present appropriately,
  • Ability to manage and maintain relationships with local and international clients, 
  • Good knowledge of influencing & negation 

Experience 

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a sales & marketing,
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in verbal/written English,
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team,
  • Must possess two wheeler driving license,
  • Should be adaptive to market trend and demand
