Job Description :
 
  • Planning and directing recruitment and selection processes.
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines
  • Co-odinating with team of HR.
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
 
Job Specification :
  • Bachelors/Masters Completed
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in related field.
  • Must have knowledge about excel, words and powerpoint.
  • Must have smart personality.
