Job Description

Operations Support Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring all administrative, legal and financial compliances are adhered to.

2. Coordinating all events, correspondence and communication within the organization and with all relative stakeholders.

3. Assist the Operations Lead in implementing the wider Strategy

 

Responsibilities:

1.   Carry out tasks under the guidance of the Operations Lead and in alignment with overall goals of the movement.

2.   Maintain operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being

3.   Ground level implementation of plans and strategies of the movement, especially related to managing information and coordinating efforts.

4.   Contribute towards the achievement of organization’s strategic and operational objectives

5.   Prepare and update financial data/statements

6.   Prepare and submit all documentation and meet both government and donor compliance requirements

7.   Coordinate and execute all events, meetings and workshops that take place in frequent succession.

8.   Support the Operations Lead and other team members when and where required

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Specification

1.   Experience of more than 3-4 years in organizational operations

2.   Experience in Administration and finance working in relation of the government norms.

3.   Experience in event activity executions

4.   Excellent computer skills (proficeint in MS Office)

5.   Bachelors in Business Administration (Finance/HR) or relevant degree (Masters prefered)
