· Serve as first-line of contact between customer and dealership.
· Perform write-up of Job Orders through existing Software & ensure timely &accurate completion of repairs in coordination with Floor Supervisor.
· To ensure proper & complete updated filling-up of Job orders on-line, to share & take necessary action based on the reports generated from software.
· Job card and customer file management.
· Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
· Keep customer updated on tasks at regular intervals.
· Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
· Maintain customer records/ vehicles history account information.
* Experience in Commercial Vehicle Product would be highly preferred.
