Job Description

Head-Human Resources [Senior Officer/Assistant Manager/Dy. Manager] – (1)

(Position shall commensurate to the profile of candidate)
 

 Qualification: 

  • Master’s degree in Management or Economics from a reputed university with minimum 50% marks or 3.00 CGPA.

 

Experience:

  • Head – Human Resources:  At least 3 – 5 years of experience in human resources management function in a reputed organization and currently in officer level or above position preferably in a commercial bank. Candidate presently working as Head of HR in a commercial bank shall be preferred.

 

Age:

  •  Dy. Manager/Assistant Manager: 25 years & above but, should not exceed 45 years as on application deadline
  •  Officer /Senior Officer: 21 years & above but, should not exceed 37 years as on application deadline
