· Handle network technologies with multi vendor’s environment (routers, firewalls, switches, etc.)
· Design & Configure LAN and WAN network design for both L2 and L3
· Troubleshooting Internet/Intranet/Extranet connectivity and security solutions
· Provide network infrastructure support services to customer focused operations
· Provide technical assessment of requirements along with survey analysis
· Design, plan, establish, and optimize wireless networks.
· Develop wireless network infrastructures and make recommendations on systems enhancements for optimization.
· Design and validate RF link performance, quality and reliability
· Use measuring and diagnostic tools to test and adjust equipment
· Optimize existing network by adjusting radio network parameters and recommending possible solutions to hardware problems.
· Apply propagation theory, cellular theory, RF Engineering tools and antenna theory to choose tower antenna placement.
· Recommend site upgrade such as down tilling of antenna and re-orientation of radio.
· Documentation and Reporting of assigned task to supervisor.
· Lead, supervise and train other technical teams.
· Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in area of Network Administration
· CCNA/CCNP Certified would be an added advantage
· Able to handle and troubleshoot in HA environment
· Able to tune network performance by monitoring tools, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
· Able to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects
· Able to communicate with vendors and stake holders
· Willingness to travel frequently outside valley
