Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify policies and procedures to ensure an effective human resource function by following the legal requirements.
  • Identify staffing needs to recruit and select employees by consulting with the concerned departments.
  • Recruit and select employees to fill vacant positions through interviews and tests.
  • Develop benefits programs like insurance plans to motivate employees by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
  • Identify budgetary needs to carry out the human resource functions smoothly by preparing annual human resource budgets.
  • Manage salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.
  • Update the compensation package as per the requirement in order to revise it as necessary by conducting annual salary revisions.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA or MBS (preferably in HR)
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in relevant field
