Job Description

A Renowned manufacturing organization in Eastern Nepal is seeking a Highly-Qualified Personnel for the Post of “HR Officer”. The candidate will be stationed in Biratnagar.

Interested candidate must possess following eligibility criteria:

Experience: Min 2 years.
Education: MBA (HR) or Bachelors in Management with min. 5 years of relevant work experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage employee attendance
• Develop and implement HR Information System
• Manage pay roll
• Oversee employee recruitment
• Oversee and conduct training &development activities
• Manage and evaluate employee performance
• Manage employee compensation &benefits, employee welfare etc
• All other HR related activities as per requirement

JOB SPECIFICATION

• The candidate should demonstrate self-motivation
• Should be a team player
• Must possess good communication skills both in speaking & writing in English and Nepali languages
• Should be well versed in computer skills
