Job Summary
The Content Writer is responsible for producing effective and engaging digital and print content for in-house products and plays an active role in the development of various applications.
Duties and Responsibilities

Write clear and concise instructional and user content of the company’s applications, and deliver exciting and insightful marketing content to achieve strategic marketing goals.

Write, proofread and edit website content for clarity, grammar, spelling, brand/voice consistency and style.

Create, draft, write and edit marketing content pertaining to all aspects of enterprise web systems, be it in-house or client Projects.

Work across the company with other departments to produce creative, original and stylish content that meets the business goals of assigned projects.

Write high-impact action driven communications such as articles, PRs, blogs, ads, emails, video scripts, news, product information sheets and other web content required.

Create content for promotional materials pertaining to marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) related activities.

Translating technical articles from English to Nepali and vice-versa as per the need of company`s interest.

Write and edit best practice guides, eBooks, white papers, solution briefs, application notes, case studies, and presentations.
Requirements
-
Bachelor degree or Master preferably in IT or English.

At least 2-3 years of experience in web content writing.

Experience in technical writing and technical editing. Skills including the demonstrated ability to write concise, clear, logical content that is grammatically and stylistically correct.

Familiarity with internet marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) or web development is a plus.

Knowledge and understanding of Information Development Life Cycle of a Technical Product (preferable).

Preferably knowledge in programming languages and database.

Must be very able to work under little supervision and be a good team player, be detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to multiple projects.

Highly creative, strong communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
