Job Description

Executive - Sales
The main purpose of this position is to lead for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction and maintaining a long term relation with existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivates new sales leads to establish business
  • Identifies and reporting on business opportunities in target markets and new business development opportunities in emerging markets
  • Develops customer relations including but not limited to sales leads, research, cold calling, qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service.
  • Maintains and develops client relations for new and larger established existing customers, assuring all existing customer are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations.
  • Develops sales documentation including but not limited to spreadsheets, correspondence, sales proposals, presentations, and internal paperwork for new customer proposals and presentations.
  • Develops and implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts.
  • Develops an effective sales presentation that is continually tested and used in the field.
  • Develops and implements a plan for closing business and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Seeks/creates opportunities to expand business with current clients; identifies further business needs and develops and presents solutions.
  • Grows existing accounts to full potential and generates maximum revenue on a long-term basis.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains procedures that enhance the efficiency of the business development team.
  • Execution of strategic plan to achieve and maximise sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients;

Minimum Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business Administration/Entrepreneurship or related field from recognized university with at least 3 years’ work experience OR Master’s degree with at least 2 years work experience in the related field (preferable in shipping liner)
  • Good understand about market and customer requirements and present appropriately
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of customer relationship and dealing with their issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – both English & Nepali.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
  • Must possess two wheeler driving license,
